As a REALTOR® in the Greater Moncton Area, I have tried and tested many mortgage brokers/advisors and among all of them, I rate this gentlemen among the best ones. I recently had the opportunity to work with Mr. Kinshuk and I must say, he exceeded all my expectations. Initially, I was concerned about working with someone based in Ontario rather than here in New Brunswick, but those worries quickly vanished once I experienced his exceptional service.
His approach to create personalized budgets was a game-changer. He took the time to understand my client's unique financial situation and provided personalized budgets that were tailored to their needs. This attention to detail ensured that my clients were well-informed and confident in their mortgage options. On top of it, his personalized videos were a fantastic touch. Despite the distance, he utilized technology to its fullest, providing detailed explanations and walkthroughs that made the process incredibly transparent and easy to understand for my clients. It's not often you find someone who goes the extra mile like he did.
Now on the business side specific to the approval, one line thing "He did what his said he will do". His frequent updates on the case making it 1 less thing for me to follow up on daily basis. He worked efficiently to ensure we meet the deadline for financing condition despite of all the challenges. And the most reassuring aspects was his availability, he was always just a call away no matter what time I call him. He is not a 9-5 or voicemail person and people who have dealt with this will know what difference this availability factor makes.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Kinshuk as an experienced mortgage broker. His personalized approach, use of technology, daily updates, efficiency, and availability truly set him apart. Working with him was a pleasure, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.
Bonafide Rockstar, this Fella!
So, we were looking to sell our existing property to update our current living digs and move to a new, updated one. Much to our chagrin, we discovered that apparently, some credit card payments were missed (One of those unfortunate situations where we weren’t even aware that we had that credit card but we only have ourselves to blame.) and it played havoc with our credit score. Clearly, it was a costly oversight but had genuine reasons as to why the payments were missed for those months. We explained the situation to Kinshuk but it looked grim. Even the Bank that we currently have a Mortgage with, said ‘No can do’. Enter Kinshuk. He gave us the bad news first and prepared us mentally to go in for alternate options. Just as we were cursing ourselves mentally for self sabotage, he did his thing. Lo and behold, we had an approval with another major financial institution!
He is a guy who gets things done and he is always available when you need him. You’ll do worse than put your trust in this Fella. He will get it done and if he can’t, you can be rest assured that it cannot be done.
I have been a Real Estate Broker for almost 3 decades. I have worked with many lenders. But I have not worked with one as good as Kinshuk. The lender has One of the most critical roles in the transaction, as they say in the industry , if 99% goes right but the mortgage doesn’t fund that 1% will cause the deal to fall apart. Working with Kinshuk will assure your 100% success. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, always available, and has back up for the back up. It has been an absolute pleasure working and closing a deal with a fellow professional. He will be my to go Broker from now on. I hardly ever write a review, but I was so impressed that I had to share my experience. He is one of a kind .

If this was a 10 star rating Kinshuck would certainly get it ! Securing financing for land here is virtually mission impossible but his tireless efforts and tenacity overcame the odds. He is certainly THE Superman of mortgages. I recommend him to everyone...he's the absolute BEST !
Words won't do justice to express my gratitude for the impeccable service Kinshuk has provided to my dear client. He was not only able to significantly increase the qualifying amount, but kept looking for ways to save my client money even after the commitment from the lender. My client didn't have to settle down for condo with huge condo fees, instead ended up buying a beautiful two storey detached with a walk-out basement. I had the pleasure of working with Kinshuk as I was purchasing a property and needed to secure a mortgage in time for my closing date. There are good mortgage brokers, there are exceptional mortgage brokers... and then there is Kinshuk! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. From the very beginning, he was friendly, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about everything related to mortgages and the home buying journey. He patiently explained every step of the process to me and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly.

Kinshuk was introduced to me just this past year, and he is a miracle worker when it comes to mortgages and helping home owners get the financing they need to close on a deal. He is very well versed in a variety of packages/products in the mortgage world. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and on point. I never ever have to worry about following up with the client to check in as he keeps me in the loop and is very thorough with my clients. Honestly writing reviews is not something I generally do but I can't stop writing a review for Kinshuk. Just thanks or personal appreciation is not really enough for a honest professional like Kinshuk, so n am writing up this note.
I rarely get to see such a professionalism or thorough knowledge on the topic in people and there is no doubt that Kinshuk is a kind of a person, whom anyone can trust and go. He is not at all money/commission oriented person but always tries to get happiness for the clients through his right judgement at all times . I felt like privileged to writing a review for him with all the experience I have got through his valuable time and guidance I will definitely refer him to any of my contacts with no hesitation.
